Commission requirements

Parties who require portraits of themselves, couples, children, and even their pets are requested to use the following basic requirements:

• Images may be supplied from existing photographs, or through your cellphone or like items (head only) with differing angles, after consultation.
• It will not be necessary for any sittings, but the artist may need to communicate with respect of certain requirements
• Any final images accepted will not be placed on our website, prior to that party’s acceptance terms of Popi act. In any event, such images will not be for sale, but purely to reflect the work on the scratch board medium.
• Portraits are prepared in black and white, usually as an A4 size (297x 210mm), although larger sizes are available
• Framing is optional, at cost, once acceptable image has been selected
• The collection is usually from a Sea Point venue, but can be delivered, at no extra cost, within a 50 km radius.
• A 25 % deposit will be required before commencement, and the balance, if necessary, payable over 3 months. Delivery on full settlement.
