Processing Time

Each order is processed and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. For custom scratchboard art, processing time may vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. We will notify you of any potential delays and provide an estimated shipping date.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

• Priority Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected delivery speed. You will be able to view your shipping options and rates at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping availability to your country. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking Your Order

Packaging

In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Returns & Exchanges
